For the purposes of the DPDPA, we act as the Data Fiduciary in respect of personal data collected through this website.

We collect the following categories of personal data:

• Information you provide directly: name, email address, phone number, company name, and project details submitted through our contact form or Calendly booking.
• Information collected automatically: IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and time spent on the site, collected via cookies and analytics tools (see Section 4).

We do not knowingly collect any personal data beyond what is necessary for the purposes described in this policy.

We process your personal data only on the basis of your consent, given when you voluntarily submit information via our contact form, or where processing is necessary to respond to your inquiry, provide requested services, or comply with a legal obligation. We use your personal data for the following specified purposes:

We retain personal data submitted via our contact form for a period of 3 years from the date of your last interaction with us, after which it is securely deleted, unless a longer retention period is required to comply with a legal obligation or to resolve a dispute. Aggregated, non-identifiable analytics data may be retained for longer periods for statistical purposes.

Where your personal data is processed or stored outside India (for example, by our email delivery or hosting infrastructure providers), we do so only with service providers who maintain appropriate data protection safeguards, and only to the extent permitted under the DPDPA. We do not transfer your personal data to any country restricted by the Central Government under the DPDPA.

We do not sell your personal data. We may share your personal data only with:

• Service providers who process data on our behalf (e.g., email delivery, hosting, and analytics providers), under contractual obligations to protect your data;
• Regulatory or law enforcement authorities, where required by applicable law;
• A successor entity, in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of business assets, with notice to you where required.

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction, including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS), spam and bot protection on our contact form, and restricted access to stored data. In the event of a personal data breach that is likely to affect you, we will notify you and the Data Protection Board of India as required under the DPDPA.

Under the DPDPA, you have the right to:

1. Access — request confirmation of whether we process your personal data, and access a summary of that data;
2. Correction and Erasure — request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data, or erasure of data that is no longer necessary for the purpose it was collected;
3. Grievance Redressal — lodge a complaint with our Grievance Officer (see Section 11) regarding the processing of your personal data;
4. Withdraw Consent — withdraw consent for processing at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal;
5. Nominate — nominate another individual to exercise your rights under the DPDPA in the event of your death or incapacity.

Our website and services are not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

We aim to acknowledge grievances within 7 days and resolve them within 30 days of receipt, wherever reasonably possible.
